Legal notice

This website is operated by World Party Vibes (VAT MT32283622). Contact: info@maltapartyvibes.com.

By using worldpartyvibes.com you accept these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you don't agree with them, please don't use the website.

What this website is

World Party Vibes is the hub of the Party Vibes family: it presents our destinations (Malta, Zante, Mykonos, Tenerife, Punta Cana and Albania), links to the website of each one, publishes party and travel guides on its blog and lets you join our list to receive news.

Tickets and bookings

We don't sell tickets on this website. Tickets are sold by official partners, such as the GetYourTickets platform. When you buy a ticket, the purchase contract is with that partner, under its own terms (prices, payment, cancellations and refunds).

Event information (dates, line-ups, venues and prices) may change. The information that applies is the one shown by the seller at the time of purchase.

Content and intellectual property

The texts, logos, brands, design and images on this website belong to World Party Vibes, to the brands of the Party Vibes family or to their respective owners, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, such as copying, reproducing or commercially exploiting the content, requires our prior written permission.

Links to other websites

This website contains links to the websites of the family destinations, to ticket platforms and to social networks. Each of these websites has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

Use of the website

Please use the website lawfully and in good faith: don't send false or third-party data through the forms, don't use them for spam or automated submissions, and don't try to access restricted areas or interfere with how the website works.

Liability

We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but the website is provided “as is” and we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or of the third-party websites it links to. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with its date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. This does not deprive consumers of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
